About the PCU

The Progressive Care Unit (PCU) is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where skilled RNs provide specialized care for patients who require close monitoring but are not in critical condition. As a PCU nurse, you will work with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and post-discharge care.

Requirements

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a PCU or similar setting.

Compensation
