Key Responsibilities
As a Travel RN in our LTC facility, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
- Monitoring patient progress and documenting changes
- Educating residents and families on care plans and health conditions
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care
- Ability to adapt to new environments and work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- BLS certification required
