About the Role
As a Travel Registered Nurse in Telemetry, you will be responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs and ensuring they receive the highest quality of care. Your role will involve working closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
- Provide patient education and support to families.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in California.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Telemetry.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
