Key Responsibilities

As a Travel RN in our NICU, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive care to neonates in a Level III NICU setting
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitoring and assessing the health status of neonates and responding promptly to changes
• Educating and supporting families during their neonatal journey

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a NICU or similar setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
